Nagaoka 102 antistatic inner sleeves and a Hunt EDA carbon fibre brush have always (mostly) eliminated it for me....Really just want to eliminate static!
If they're no longer about, you can almost certainly get equivalents.

If you have a centrally heated room e.g.radiators, then some well watered pot plants, or a misting spray will bump up the humidity. That is usually a good start.Yeah I was going to do that (I have one of those wee electronic scales). I might end up not using the acrylic platter - I’m kinda afraid it will damage my records. Brilliant. Using it everyday. Sonos is hardly on now! The one major problem is I keep buying vinyl haha. It’s gone quiet @SailToTheMoon
How’s the system
I think it’s mainly buying my favourites, including ones I used to have. Radiohead sounds really good, as does the likes of The Stone Roses, Bluetones, Oasis. One that surprised me was how great Wild Wood by Paul Weller sounds. I also have Nevermind on a lot, and Astral Weeks - the strings on that sound brilliant. Been buying stuff my wife loves as well, so things that are sounding brilliant there included Stevie Wonder, Abba and Rumours by Fleetwood Mac. Rumours sounds great and the production quality of the Abba stuff really shines through. I think I’ve bought about 40 albums so far. It’s my birthday soon and I’ve created a long list of others I want - really hoping I get some Spiritualized and Silversun Pickups first album.nice; anything recommended ?
Ah sweet man. It’s an awesome album. Johnny Marr is a genius.Nice
I have a massive collection from the 70s and 80s
Dusted them off and bought a record cleaner
Enjoying the process of cleaning them and playing them.
I have the original pressing of Queen is Dead
