Can anyone tell me if any of the latest generation of AV Receivers process the 5/7.1 channels into virtual surround for listening via standard headphones?

I am thinking of a good old Sennheiser Lucas processor for headphone use, but if virtual surround is now a standard feature, then I need not bother.

Occasional late night viewing dictates that I keep the noise down!

I haven't yet bought an AV receiver to complete my setup but will have a budget of £500/700 all being well.

Thanks

Many have pseudo surround features but for the best simulation what you want is one with "Dolby Headphone". Check the specs of any model you're considering. Alternatively nearly all Yamha amps have Yamaha Silent Cinema which is considered by people who have made A/B comparisons to be as good as Dolby Headphone.
