Biscuits should be crunchy, not soggy, although I have to confess, because you reminded me of them, that when I was very young, I used to dunk rich tea biscuits in tea. Now I like crunchy, especially Italian biscotti.

Italian biscotti (as they are intended in the UK, like Cantucci - because in Italy biscotti simply means biscuits) are meant to be dunked! Just in wine, not in tea...

It actually says "ideal with cappuccino" on the box but, I like it dry and crunchy, and so does my wife. I buy a box from Amazon from time to time.
Haha I am sure it does and ofc they can be, but traditionally they go with wine, especially sweet type (like Vin Santo), at the end of a meal. I'd know, my dad is from the area where these type of biscuits come from, and I have watched him dunk them in his red wine since I was a toddler back when the world was young 🤣

But yeah they are pretty good dry as well, as that is how I used to eat them as a kid. Didn't like wine (didn't last 😂) and dunking them in water is gross... But there's also different types. The really hard ones just have to be dunked or you risk breaking a tooth or three.

I love Italian biscoti, love to dunk them 😎
Seems like the Biscuit Dunking party is surging to an early lead 😄
