Italian biscotti (as they are intended in the UK, like Cantucci - because in Italy biscotti simply means biscuits) are meant to be dunked! Just in wine, not in tea...Biscuits should be crunchy, not soggy, although I have to confess, because you reminded me of them, that when I was very young, I used to dunk rich tea biscuits in tea. Now I like crunchy, especially Italian biscotti.
