I've been looking on the internet for the past couple of days looking a tvs, but i am having trouble finding one. I'm looking for a 32 inch tv for anything upto £500.

I've seen the Samsung LE32B652 from comet for £500, but then i read a review on here about the LG 32LH5000 being pretty much the same but cheaper. I've seen the LG 32LH7000 on dixons for £469 and i don't know if that is better. I was just wondering if any of you guys could recommend a tele (even if it isn't one of these 3, I'm not fussed. I just want the best for the money)

I'm looking to use tele mostly for playing my ps3 on (so looking for 1080p) and occasionnally watching tele.

ATM I have a lg M228WD, this plays in 1080p and has been great but want a bigger screen :).

Yes, if you can stretch both your budget and screen-size tolerance slightly, the Sainsburys deal - Sony KDL-37W5500 for £599 is stunning value. Just make sure, if you go for it, that Sainsburys are happy to return the TV if you encounter any backlighting problems - some Sony sets can be prone to this.

Our Award-winner at 32in, meanwhile - the superb Philips 32PFL7404 - can be had for £100+ off its £650 list price if you shop around. Such as this £549 deal including 3-year warranty.

Yes, the Samsung and LG sets you mention are great, but the Philips is worth the extra investment!

theres a much cheaper 1080p samsung , i think itsa 32b530 , my friend has one and its a lovely little tv , about £350 i think , no 100hz though , if you could get a sony 32w5500 for the £500 budget thats what id go for , no clouding problems at that size , larger sonys can suffer from clouding ..

Just checked the Sony tv and it does seem pretty good, and the extra screen size would be pretty cool.Choosing a tele is harder than i thought haha.
