free gift /mag questions

i got my issue through the post (aprils mag) on march the 4th and today my 23.96 was taken out the bank for the six months membership.

any idea how many weeks/months the free gift takes to come through?

and even though it should be the 1m chord hdmi do they somethimes send the following months offer(chord power lead) if they have ran out the previous month? Not to fussed just be a bit gutted as i really like the hdmi cable.

or do i have to phone anywhere to calm the free gift/or will they contact me?

when my six months is up do i have to get in contact or can i just let the next six months come out without doing anything?

As per small print in the mag, it can take up to @35 days for you to receive your free gift, which will be sent automatically to you - you need to do nothing. Last I heard, stocks of the cable were OK; let us know if you don't receive one within @40 days of your order.

Your original letter should cover off the details of the Direct Debit agreement - AFAIK it's automatic renewal; you should get a letter confirming this nearer the time.

I ordered the subscription on 16th Feb, & the gift arrived on 20th March.

my money went out my bank on the 17th still no joy but well in the 35 days. How is your cable have you already got cables of this class. I also got april's mag 24hrs after filling the online info out 12days before the money came out. must of trusted me.

i subscribed for the free mains cable and i recieved it a couple of days ago, probably only 2 weeks after subscribing and it has beaten my first issue. i know this is a stupid question but which day of the month does the magazine usually arrive?

lol i placed my order and they said that i would get a letter through saying when my payment for the six months would come out my bank. 2 days later i got aprils mag on 5th of march and then 8th of march got the letter to say the money will come out on 17th that has happened and im awaiting the cable. but claire has said that it often takes 35 days so no panic yet. Whats the cable like impressed?

As we have 13 issues a year - all of which are included in your subscription - there are all sorts of different days your subscription will arrive!

Next issue (May) gets posted out to subscribers tomorrow (30th), so if Royal Mail isn't already winding down for Easter, you should receive that by April 1st. That issue is in shops 7th April.

June issue posted out 28th April; July issue posted out 26th May - you get the picture; issues get earlier to fit in 13th (Awards) issue in October.
