I didn't receive my free gift the wireless phone charger

@ 6 issues ago I subscribed for the 13 issues print only (if you subscribed online only you weren't eligible for the free gift) so I subscribed the 13 issues magazine so was eligible for the belkin wireless phone charger. I'm halfway through my subscription and haven't received the charger or any notification about when I would receive it...the current free gift is wireless earbuds which I have no use for. The free gift (phone charger) was a bonus but main reason to suscribe was I wanted the awards issue because I'm after new floorstanders but they said correctly the charger was worth £45 which it is but I've received no information about when I would receive it. Total con.
