Any of the Sony centre employees able to answer this....?

As the proud owner of a 52 X2000, when it eventually dies, I would like to replace it with a more current model. The last version I know of was the X4500 range. So will there be be an X5810 model or are these TVs just too expensive in the current market to be viable for Sony ?

New models due spring time, info will be available around early January. There are some amazing deals on the current 46" X right now. A lot of TV for the money.

No information yet and usually the X-series has a longer life-cycle than the rest of the range.

The current X4500 is superb and, as Nick says, there are some stunning deals around on it at present. I can't believe what relatively low prices we've been selling these for recently, both in 46" and 55".

The X4500 sets are being dumped on dealers at ridiculously cheap prices, to move through remainig stocks before the new models arrive in spring.

Cheers guys; hopefully my 52X 2000 will last a few years yet, but it's good to know Sony are still planning new X models. They are amazing LCDs
