Disney Enhanced Home Theatre Mix

Bought the Lion King DVD (Region 1) off Ebay. I just checked the "Disney Enhanced Home Theatre Mix" in place of the standard Dolby Digital 5.1 surround & WOW, that is an experience! The enhanced mix is designed to put you in the centre of the sound field, and all five surround speakers are almost equally active. This is obviously not as the director intended, but the effect is amazing, especially in that stampede scene!

Hmm intresting I've had the Region 2 dvd for years now, and have never known it had that sound mix. I shall give it a go
