Denon DBP - 2012UD 3D

Hello all,

I have just bought a Denon DBP-2012UD, to partner my Sony KDL52HX903 and Yamaha DSP Z7, so I can see 3D Blu Ray discs, but having a bit of trouble viewing 3D Blu Ray discs.

Do I need a special HDMI cable ? I am using a good IXOS cable currently. The other issue I guess may be that the DSP Z7 is not compatible with inputting/outputting 3D video signals ?

Can someone please shed some light on this for me !

It should be ok if it is high speed

Correct according to the specifications no 3D pass through

Can someone please shed some light on this for me !

I dont think it will.

Try HDMI to the TV & use one of the two following options, Coaxial digital out to the amp for Bitstream or PCM audio, or the 7.1 audio out on right side of the rear panel of the Denon DBP-2012UD.

Thank you very much indeed for your advice, this seems to have done the trick - coaxial between denon and Yamaha, and hdmi between the sony and the Denon.
