Having used the audyssey auto set up, the result = all speakers small, crossover, front 80hz, centre 150hz, rear 120hz, sub is set to max, This differs from 80hz for all speakers,which seems to be generally advised, what should I do and why?, also are there items in the main menu I should switch on/off, or that I should do to optomise the av experience?

What speakers are you using, this will help people on here determine the way forward for you.

speakers are a mixture, fronts= b&w 685, a jamo centre, onkyo sats rear, the sub is a b&w608, a right mish mash Iknow ,but perhaps all is not lost, I hope!
