DAC OR C545

Which would make the most difference to my system A DAC or Nad 545 Cd player.
Or what would you do to get the best out of my system (what is the weakest link)
I only have a budget of £350.

Neither.

Respectable CD player. Good/great amp.

Spend £350 (+ whatever you can sell the MS914i's for) on better speakers. In fact save up and spend as much as you can on them.

I agree - your speakers are your 'weakest links' in your system. Some KEF 1Q5SE's would be a nice addition.
