Sit in your normal listening position in front of the speakers and get a friend to hold a mirror up against the walls. Get them to move the mirror around the wall until you can see your speakers in the mirror. When you can see your speakers in the mirror you have found a mirror point that the sound will reflect from.

In a typical rectangular room you will have a mirror point on each side wall, one behind you and another on the ceiling as shown in the diagram below. You may also want to try using acoustic panels behind the speakers on the wall that you're facing.
