HiI have a Denon AVR-2805 and I am using an optical input to connect this receiver to my computer. I wish to add another amplifier using the same computer signal to an additional set of speakers. So I want to connect a line level output from the Denon AVR-2805 to play the same computer output on a separate integrated amplifier to power front speakers. I have tried to connect to Zone 2, tape recorder output and nothing works. It must be a menu option but I cannot find it. Please help. Thanks!

You might well find that the receiver won't pass a digital (ie optical) input out of an analogue output. This is very common and is, I understand, a copy protection measure.
