Hello. Bit of advice on integration before I spend any money.

I have a stereo set up in the lounge consisting of B&W 602s3 speakers, Rotel RB-06/RA-02 Power/Pre, Squeezebox

I have a stereo set up in the kitchen consisting of B&W601s1 speakers, Rotel RA931 amp, squeezebox

Unfortunatley due to a new kitchen, the kitchen system is likley to be replaced by a iPod dock, so I have the kitchen stereo 'spare'

I was thinking about buying a s/hand AV amp, and using the pre-out on it to connect to my lounge system, using the Rotel RB06 to power the fronts, and use the older 601s1 as rears, + a s/hand B&W centre speaker and sub.

What are your thoughts / comments?

Hello Binman,

I have a B&W 685 Theatre with my Onkyo 905 and the speakers are sublime (I also have an Arcam HiFi). I paid extra to upgrade my sub to the B&W ASW 610 and my centre is B&W HTM62. I just bought my daughter a B&W Zeppelin which is a fantastic ipod doc you can plug a TV into it if its got optical out!

Best Wishes and hope this helps

Chris
