Clearer Audio copper-line alpha

I have only just connected my 2 new Clearer Audio Copper-Line Alpha power cables (for my CD and Amp) and so cannot comment on their impact to my h-fi yet.

But the service from them has been first class. Firstly, Darren at Clearer Audio spotted my possible ordering error and contacted me to check. Once I corrected my mistake the cables arrived first thing the next morning.

To further my embarassment I had ordered the cables too short and Darren exchanged them immediately with no hassle.

I am happy already!

It is always refreshing to hear someone take the time to pass on positive comments, after all, sometimes it is the service that wins business and not just the price. I paid £200 more for my Kuro 18 months ago (compared to on-line ) but dealt with guys face to face and was very impressed with the service received, this then lead to me purchasing my BluRay, Amp etc from them.

In my line of work we always hear when a customer is not happy but we take it as read that if we do not hear anything then the customer is happy (there are a few exceptions which is always nice).

I am in a sales role (not hifi) so quite agree with your comment above. I must say though that I only commented on the service because it was better than my already high expectations.
