Channel 5 HD? And new ones?

Anyone know if Channel 5 is still being released tomorrow as they did say 1st of june. I thought, but cant see it anywere.

And thought a couple more were coming out as well.

A place holder currently labelled "TBC" (channel 219) appeared on the EPG last week,but AFAIK 5 HD hasn't even begun testing yet...
