Car Fi Ford Fiesta

My neighbour bought himself a new Ford Fiesta (lucky him) I said where the music coming? From back of the centre columm. There a tiny USB port and he had a memory stick that was the same size as one of these USB devices that one uses for wi fi . But it had quite a large storage. He had a lot of albums on there. Can anyone tell me more about the device please. Hes a good chap and i wanted to buy one fill it with music for him. but do not know what i should be looking for.
