Cambridge Audio Amp problem

I have a Cambridge Audio Azure 640 Amp that has developed a problem. When I go to turn it off via the ON/OFF button, the input selector just moves to the AUX/Phono selector and the unit stays on. I can however, turn the amp off normally with the remote control for my CA tuner. I purchased it about a year ago second hand, and it has been working fine. My question is, can this irritating fault be repaired (if so where) or would it be cheaper to buy a new amp?

Try unplugging it from the mains for a while.
