Cable management

I'm having my apartment refurbished and one of the options that appeals to me is an AV stand made of glass. The only issue I have with this is that the myriad of cables you get with hifi/av kit will be visible.

So can anyone recommend a stylish cable management system to hide it all away? I won't say that money is no object but I'm spending a lot on the refurb so am willing to shell out a reasonable amount.

Thank you. They do some nice stuff but not in my style. My designer calls it "moderne" but I think of it as art deco in the 21st century, so minimalist but with modern accents!
