budget mp3 player

Looking for an mp3 player for my mother in law for a birthday present. Have looked at the sansa and creative players but they seem so small that i'm worried she will lose it or brake it. Any ideas for a decent player that is bigger than a match box (around 2gb) for around £40?

If the 2GB Creative Zen Stone Plus is too small, what about the 4GB Creative Zen V Plus? Officially it's £100, but I'm sure if you shop around you'll find plenty of deals.

The 2Gb Sandisk Sansa is available from Amazon for £13.99 plus p&p. The 1Gb is also available for £9.99. The 1Gb unit gets better reviews than the 2Gb one though I suspect they are of equal quality.
