Bose Lifestyle V30 vs Pioneer LX01 vs Yamaha YPS-4000

Will all the three systems upscale the input video signal (analog) to HD. which one of these will deliver the best sound and video (regardless of price).

Can't speak about the other systems, but i love my Pioneer LX01, it was expensive, but you get what you pay for, it upscales dvd's really well in my opinion, others may think different mind as i'm no expert
