BLU RAY DVD COMPATABILTY WITH OLD SONY AV AMP -VA 555ES

I am looking to buy the new Sony KDL- 40W4500 and a BLU Ray DVD player . However i cannot afford a new Home Cinema Amp , thus i will need a blu ray player that will do the on board Hd audio/Dts processing and send the signal through my amp via 5 coaxial interconnects, any recommendatios for a buget of £500 ?
finally an forseen probles using an HDMI cablefor the images and coaxial interconnects for the sound ?

How about the £400 Pansonic DMP-BD55 (http://whathifi.com/Review/Panasonic-DMP-BD55/). It can decode all forms of HD Audio and send them to your amp via 3 pairs of analogue ineterconnects, plus What Hi Fi voted it Blu-ray player of the year.

Or the £275 Sony BDP-S550, which has pretty much identical specs.
