Best way to connect speaker cable to reciver/speaker?

I have this amplifier without DAB http://www.denon.co.uk/uk/product/pages/Product-Detail.aspx?CatId=systems&SubId=minimicro&ProductId=DRAF109DAB and Dali zensor 1

I have bought the Audioquest FLX SLiP 14/4 (waiting for it to arrive) and just wanted to know how you would recomend me to connect the cable to my reciver and speaker (can't use them with banaplugs with my reciver, like the speakers, if i want to), currently i use my Qed cable without any plugs

Why not do the same as QED?

I use banana plugs so I can easily disconnect and move my speakers when hoovering, but that's the only reason. I do not believe they can ever have a positive effect on the SQ.
