Hi All, The title sort of gives it away, but I do not mind if there are very good sets below these figures, as my ladies dad is tight and does not want to spend alot of cash on a new TV. He does not have a preference on LCd or plasma, I am just trying to get him the best TV for the cash..... Many Thanks, Phil

new mag is out - just flicked through. (includes the pk350 - from memory?)

Details all you need to know at 40'' 46'' 50'' - very comprehensive I would say by any measure. although its 3D sets - it covers your budget-ish

Well done to what hifi that really is a thorougher review of sets!! was a bit disappointed with the VT46'' review although I have the 50'' not sure I would have expected that level of variance between the sizes?

maxflinn:lg50pk350.. about £550.. and its a smashing tv..

As good as it is, his price range is £800 - £1000. Now unless he wants to save money, he can get the Flagship LG 50PK990 which features deeper blacks and a more natural colour palette for around £900. The Panasonic 46G20 which is another good set and can be had for around £700 to £850 maybe less.
