You awarded the 'Best Digital Interconnect' to the True Colours Industries Coral which is an optical interconnect, why is there no award for a coaxial digital interconnect?
My reason for asking is the review relating to another award winner 'Best Budget DAC' which is the Arcam rDAC, in which you state "Via any input, the rDAC's a lithe and persuasive performer - though we'd opt for co-ax as a preference."
As I am interested in the Arcam rDAC and also the Musical Fidelity M1 DAC I would be interested to know what your recommendation would be for a coaxial Digital interconnect for either of the above mentioned DACs.
A number of DAC manufacturers appear to have a preference for a coaxial over an optical interconnect although they do provide both types of inputs on their products.
