Hi All, Ive just ordered a NAD T175 pre amp & noticed its got an anaolg bypass.

Should I use this when playing CD's via CD player?

There's no should, but you certainly can, and Andrew E is an advocate of this connection, since the analogue bypass does what it says and bypasses all the internal digital processing, and goes straight to the output stage.

Indeed, provided you don't need the input for anything else - like the multchannel analogue out from an HD DVD or Blu-ray player - this is the best use of it. It will give the simplest, cleanest signal path through the preamp to the power amp.
