I posted around christmas looking to upgrade my my HC/Computer setup and had a good discussion about replacing my whole setup.
After moving house last week I have setup my B&W 601 S3's as the front channels of my Logitech Z5500 system rather than put them in the attic again and after spending a good few hours listening to them I am a lot more impressed than the first time I tried this combo. Tomorrow i'll be picking up a HTM62 centre speaker off a friend for "mates rates" so next on the shopping list is an amp and here is where i'm getting a little stuck....again!
Budget is £300 and the room is just under 3m x 3m. I dont need 3D and the split is probably 70% music/games from my PC (ASUS D2X sound FTW!) and 30% films from my Sony BDP-S350.
I'm not overly concerned about not having multi channel inputs as the D2X has optical/co-ax digital outputs.
Any recommendations/advice you awesome people can give would be very welcome
