Amarra player for Mac - a warning!

So despite checking the reliability of using the Amarra Optimization Script (multiple users said it was OK), I used it only once to disable functions of the Mac and have not been able to re-enable those functions. I am attempting to get a dialogue of help with Sonic Studio, but they are proving to be slow to respond; it was only after leaving a message on Sonic's Facebook page that they took any notice. Their only 'solution' was partial and didn't work anyway. I await them to make the next move, but experience tells me I will have to hussle them to start giving their customers the support they deserve.

Sonic Studio emailed me a new complete Optimization script within the same day and it seems to have restored full functionality to my Mac. If you have a similar problem with Amarra player, Sonic Studio now have a solution for you.
