AKG451. Worthwhile improvement on Sennheiser PX100

I have some old Sennheiser PX100 headphones that have served me well. I noticed the AKG451s are going cheap at the moment, any idea if these would be a big step forward for mobile listening?

Never heard them, but by looks/build and the fact I have the AKG 451s is a yes from me. It's a love/hate thing with them though. Warm ish sound, bass and comfortable.
