Hi all,
Have recently decided I would like to buy a turntable, amp and speakers due to my love of older music.
I have a budget of around 350 pounds. I have been researching a bit but just need some final thoughts and advice.
I have a Bush MMT1 which my dad gave to me, new in the box, obviously it's super cheap and basic but some review were decent. I personally want to buy the Marantz TT5005, seems good.
I have seen a second hand Denon PMA520AE and like the look of it, also saw a super cheap Cambridge A1 V3 but doesn't have phono stage.
Speaker wise, I need something small, bookshelf, only for the living room of my flat, q acoustic 2010 seem to have great reviews and can get a pair for like 80 pounds I think. A friend who is a producer has said if I can get a cheap second hand pair of Absolute Spirit 2's then that would be great, he said the sound its good for the money (they seem to big for me though)
I also don't know too much about all the technical stuff, so go easy on me!
