3.5mm jack to 2 x RCA cable recommendations please

Hi,

I'm looking for a good 3.5mm jack to 2x RCA cable so that I can play my 1st gen shuffle through my stereo amp with the best sound possible.

Any recommendations would be helpful.

I'd go with the Chord iChord which can be had for about £35.

Which costs more than a shuffle.....

I'd get a cheap one - Belkin or the like.

Cost bears no relation in my opinion. The Shuffle is a great little player.

It is, but I wouldn't stick a 250 quid interconnect on a 250 quid cd player, that's all I'm saying.

Hmm, agreed but £35 isn't £250. The iChord is basically a Crimson in iDisguise and you pay for what they get. I think the Shuffle will make good use of it.ÿ

I bought a QED j2p from ebay for about £12 from a "shop" and was really impressed. I use it for my PC to NAD amp and it replaced a freebie cable going via a switch box and sounds lots better.

The sound difference is night and day, lots more sparkle and energy, its really lifted a veil off the music.
