I would love some advice about buying a 720p or 1080p projector with the best possible 2D image quality for around £400.
The one I've found that roughly fits the bill is the Optoma HD600X. Is this the best for 2D movies at this price.
I know I'm expecting a lot of something at this price but a projector with natural colour and smooth tonal transitions is what I'm after. I don't watch many action movies so skin tones, dynamic range and realistic cinematography are my main focus when judging image quality (rather than razor sharp images and motion handling).
