Good thing I did my own audition when choosing between the Yamaha a1020 and Onkyo 818 and didn't blindly follow the WHF group test verdict...To my ears and in my system the Onkyo won hands down.The Yamaha was just too polite and laid back for my tastes requiring too much sound and DSP tweaking...
