Yamaha AX863se Question

Got one of these little numbers set up with Bi-Amped Monitor Audio RS6 fronts; RS1 rears; RSLCR

My question is what ruddy mode to use...!?!?!

At the moment i have it on STRAIGHT - which as far as i can tell just reads what the bluray player is saying and reiterates it without adding anything. Would i be right in thinking this?

As secondly is this the best mode for me to use?

Generally Straight is the best option but you may find for 2ch movies from the tv that Movie Standard works well.

Thankyou - and does the pure direct mode only amp the 2ch input? as i have mine bi-amped i was wondering if i'm losing the bass weight?
