Wireless rear surrond speakers

Hi

I have a home cinema system that I am happy with - but its time for a room move around and this time have no where to run the speaker cables for the rear speakers.

Wireless sounds like a solution.

So I guess I need a wireless transmitter with a signal sent from the AV amp - then another amp at the rear of the room to drive the rear speakers - and somehow connect the 2 together.

I would like the volume control from the AV amp to influence the volume output of the rear amp or powered speakers so that I dont end up with yet another remote.....

Any suggestions please
