will Roksan kandy3 work well with B&W 805s?

I'v got Roksan Kandy3 cd player and amp already, but I'm not happy with the speakers currently used. I wanna update with 805s,cos I really like this pair. but the only concern is that 805s may be not the same league with kandy3. Will kandy be enough to drive 805s' potential? how do you reckon? is it unreasonable to spend such big proportion of money on speakers?

no - buy them will sound fantastic - plenty of power to drive them and if you upgrade kit later the speakers will last a good couple of upgrades

In many instantses, certainly with Roksan, it will probably shine. I remember John Duncan once said that he heard a mid-range Rega on 3 & 5 grand speakers, and it was a revelation.

I think you will be fine. I'm sure you will love the speakers; and as mentioned earlier they will still be there when/if you upgrade the amp and cd down the road. The Roksan is certainly very capable of driving the speakers. Enjoy
