WiFi TVs

Hi, another silly question.... If I buy a wifi enabled TV can I watch all normal programs via the internet or do I need to buy a tv streaming type device too?? I'm thinking of one of the latest 22 or 24" Samsung TVs or similar - it's for the bedroom where we have no dish or ariel feed?!!

It depends on what you want to watch. If the TV has the app you're after, then fine. Otherwise you'll need a media player.

Oh ok thanks - they don't just connect to the internet and let you use Sky Go or BBC iplayer etc then?

The TVs connect to the internet wirelessly. You can watch BBC if they have iPlayer app installed.
