The Qed cables, I use to have those, then I swapped them out for AudioQuest Rocket and Chord C, which were smoother in the higher frequencies.Hes made a good choice Jason and you know it 😁
Until they get returned??? 🙂True but the 603S will defo sound better .
On YouTube I did! 😀Until they get returned??? 🙂
Have you actually auditioned them?
To be fair I have only owned one pair of B&W speakers, the 685's, they were OK but not as good as reviewers made out....
Wait till you hear them tomorrow Gel 😎On YouTube I did! 😀
So Jason are you saying that QED exggarate the treble ?The Qed cables, I use to have those, then I swapped them out for AudioQuest Rocket and Chord C, which were smoother in the higher frequencies.
The Qed are absolutely sound cables, they tend to exacerbate the treble frequencies, and double whammy if your speakers are bright. Laid back speakers are perfect for the Qed's.
Just my opinion, if you don't hear the difference, yeah that's fine too! 🙂
Why???Gel give your Amp plenty of time to warm up to get the full benefit from these new speakers .
Really depends on your setup, the Qeds were a little bright to my ears. I was using these with the Fosi amp in the bedroom, maybe Class D and Qeds not the pefect match. So Jason are you saying that QED exggarate the treble ?
To get the full benefit from the Amp and speaker cold Amps sound Cold .Why???
Oh dear! Running speakers in may be necessary but the amp?To get the full benefit from the Amp and speaker cold Amps sound Cold .
I am intrigued as to why you think his amp takes time to warm up. Or rather not....when a Amp is warmed up it will sound better full stop.
