Hi. I currently own a Sony KDL 32D3000 Television which I purchased a year ago.

I am considering adding either of the following from Richter Sounds but can't decide which would suit my television best.

Denon AVR1910 or Sony STRDH800?

Sony BDPS360 or Sony BDPS760?

Q Accoustics 1010i or Q Accoustics 2000 Series?

Can anyone help please?

To be honest, your TV is relatively independent in this setup, the main thing is to get a sound you like from the amp / speaker combo. Do you have a budget in mind or is anything out of the above up for grabs? If it's any of the above, the Denon AVR-1910 / Q Acoustics 2010i / Sony BDP-360 makes the most sense in my mind, but I'd recommend an audition before you buy - there's a lot of choice out there in that price range and you might prefer the Onkyo or the Sony amps for example...

Thanks for the advise, will look at those. Budget not a real issue but it would be foolish to turn down a bargain. For example the 1010i's are now only £349, was £500.

In terms of budget i would look at the Denon AVR 1910 and Q Acoustic 1010i, along with the Sony BDPS360. And if you where planning on any future upgrades ie adding the 1030i or 1050i floorstanders for your fronts then I would look at the Denon AVR2310, if a possible upgrade of the tv was a forthcoming proposition then i would go for the Sony BDP760. Alternative Products would be the Yamaha amps with the Monitor Audio Vectors and older Radius range and Onkyo amps with some Tannoy Arenas or F1 Customs.

hey there i have the same tv as you and i had the same idea's as you in getting the denon 1910 and the Q 1010i and was thinking of upgrading bit by bit but thought if im spending this cash and then getting the 2310 later it seems abit of waste, then it makes sense to just save that extra £350 and get the 2310 straight away. Ive found a nice deal with denon 2310 and B&W685 speaker system for £1759. If you get the denon 1910 and Q 1010i/2000 which would cost you £800/1000. See if you can save that extra cash £760 and get a better system which you plan to get

the 1910 would be good enough to see you through the q1010i and whatever your next speakers were. im running it with 4x MA R270HD 1x MA R225HD (& powered sub) and the sound is immense, so much so that I fear if I were to raise the sound too high the roof might come off. a serious piece of kit is the 1910, and remember it's a 7.1 amp in case you ever wanted to upgrade.

imho buy the denon AVR1910 and buy this setup to go with it (yes, its the old model Radius, but its still a cracking system - that was universally well received)

as for the BR player - if it were me i'd buy a ps3 slim ;)
