Laid up with a bad back so out of boredom, thought I'd pop by & check out the improvements. I guess they're all too busy with the 2015 awards now...

No, as has been said the website developers (which is NOT the WHF staff) have been tasked with updating the Stuff website first, so WHF has to take a back seat for now.

Web developers? Really? To simply switch off the daft options like posting the language in each new thread, the appalling yellow highlighter or the double linepacing on CR, etc?

A lively forum is the lifeblood of a site & this one has been neglected for years. Firstly by the use of software that looks like 20-year-old shareware & then by letting someone tinker with it who clearly had no idea what they were doing. I could (maybe) understand it if same problem existed across the group but a quick check of the forums of other Haymarket sites suggests not. All the others I've seen at the very least look OK (I haven't tried to post). The overall impression I'm left with is that no one at Haymarket with any influence really cares.

But then nor do I any more.
