Question What's your next HiFi purchase?

I recently changed most of my gear. Went from B&W 601s to Dynaudio Evoke 20s. Went from a Cambridge Audio CXA60 + CXC V1 to CXA81 + CXC V2.
Changed my Technics 1210 MK2 for a Technics SL-1500C + Cambridge Alva Solo. Also added a Denon DRM-44HX tape deck and a Wiim Ultra. Pretty happy with the result...for once 🙂

Built like a tank, beautiful sound, my recently purchased Hifiman's He1000V2 planars sing like a canary!

I'm making adjustments to my system now, selling what I don't need and committing to not buy any hi-fi kit whatsoever during 2026. We need to get out of the rental trap and into buying our own home, and we need to change our 10-year old car. I also need some peace of mind, and the ability to simply enjoy the music.

Thinking of getting a Topping DX5 II to perhaps free up my Mojo 2 which is currently doing speaker system duty. If the Topping is good I may sell both the Chord and FiiO K11 … . Simplified.

Nice, the cheapest I've seen is on Amazon but why is Black nearly £11 more expensive than White?

The pricing on Amazon is never black or white!
