Anyone have any info on the mastering?

'remastered from orignal recording' - god knows what that means, wish they would do a good as job on it as they have on Division Bell reissue!

Bit steep too at £26.99 - not sure if I am going to go for it - I like the album but not enough to pay that sort of money.

Quite a lot of the stuff marketed as 'remastered' actually isn't and it can be very misleading.

Mastered in a different way or from a different source might be a better way of putting it. Mostly it just means the industry is trying to sell you another copy.

I don't think I would pay that sort of price for the album either (even though it is quite good).

Stick to the CD then me thinks - Cheers Al, just think of all the used 70/80s vinyl I could buy with £26.99

No idea. Have original CD of the album.

One album I have purchased, and it's an old chestnut with me but...

I've received the vinyl version of a wonderful (relatively unknown group) soul band: The Delfonics. Some cracking tracks and sound great on the hi-fi. They had no major hits but many of their tracks were covered with a lot of commercial success.

Wonderful track covered by the Fugees in the mid-90s.

The only thing will buy from Pink Floyd will be "The Endless River" in vinyl and CD, and i'm done with them!

I've got all the albums that I want from the band.
