I have a Panasonic 42PZ85, Pioneer AX3 reciever

What bluray player to get??

I wish to use the multi output to connect and decode to my reciever

Pioneer BDP-51FD £310 (multiregion)

Sony BDPS550 £218 (multiregion)
Panasonic DMPBD55 £360 (multiregion)

Which of three is the best player, or best for value??

Is there any massive difference between the 3??

Best value at those prices is clearly the Sony 550 - total bargain at that price and does everything you need it to.

thanks Claire I really appreciate that

Can you recomend what good RCA cables to use for the connection to the reciever please?

Normal RCA cable is just OK, frankly speaking.

All the RCA cables are in the same standards for normal DVD player and recorder and blu-ray player, the one we OEM.

Hi everyone. Despite all the negative reports, I'm still looking at getting the 2500bt. However the only question I need to know is about upscaling. I was always lead to believe that the best upscaling of SD came from the Reon or Realta chipset. My current DVD player is the Denon 2930 which has the Reon set. I see that that the 2500BT doesn't have either of these chipsets, so my question is, will it upscale my SD DVDs to AT LEAST the same level as I'm currently getting (and hopefully exceed it)?! Any opinion would be gratefully received! Thanks!!
