Re-watching Red Dwarf and Nightly Night - the latter being the bleakest, darkest humour I think I know.
Me too, very interesting. Agree about Packham, Attenborough is a tough act to follow.Chris Packham's Earth. Attenborough (my good pal sir Dave!) will never have a successor, but we've really enjoyed this series, looking at several pivotal moments in Earth's journey from just-formed Hades to where we are now.
And it looks like the highest res format it'll be available in is DVD. What a waste...Me too, very interesting. Agree about Packham, Attenborough is a tough act to follow.
That is crazy, these kind of programmes are excellent in HD or UHD.And it looks like the highest res format it'll be available in is DVD. What a waste...
Which reminded me of this.Chris Packham's Earth. Attenborough (my good pal sir Dave!) will never have a successor
Seen one episode the other night. It's certainly a little different from the average restoration programs. On TV play
Yeah there is some cool stuff on there.Seen one episode the other night. It's certainly a little different from the average restoration programs.
Love Trek. Up until a few months ago I could get my daily dose on channels 36 and 41 from 5pm. Star Trek, Next Generation, Voyager and Enterprise over a 3 hour period.Just treated myself to the box set of the original Star Trek - not seen it for years. Shonky sets, poor acting, plot holes (and we're only two episodes in) but loving it! (That said, the Enterprise looks better than I would have expected for something so old).
I think it's like a lot of things that I watched with my mum as a kid and therefore have innate fondness for.
