Kate Walsh - Light and Dark. Beautiful.

Wish I'd of seen her at the South Bank!

Mac Angus and Julia are now firmly on my playlist.

Boggit! where have you been old chap?

Kate Walsh is lovely lovely... have you tried her other albums?... Clocktower Park, Tims House, Peppermint Radio and The Real Thing.

Must admit, didn't think she would be to your taste.

I saw her a couple of years ago at the South Bank myself.

So glad you like Angus and Julia too.

The Teenage Dirtbags compilation cd that's being advertised on tv.
£9.99 for 44 songs of american pop punky stuff. Great for long car journeys.
I'd post an album cover picture, but Flickr website isn't working.

Leona Naess - Comatised . I have just bought this from amazon for pennies , she has a lovely voice and obvious talent ! http://open.spotify.com/track/6U4Zw4nUpdIeQouUwp39CR http://open.spotify.com/track/1IEGIYxIa7cQO0IazdjB6R[/quote]

Electro,

I've been tempted by her a few times, but couldn't make up my mind if I liked her or not... I was the same with Julia Stone and Laura Veirs, but once I took the plunge, never looked back.

I'll give this a listen

Mac

Mac ,

The Leone Naess Cometised Cd arrived yesterday and it is far better than it sounds on spotify , there is a whole layer of low frequency beats and rhythms that were completely missing when I listened to it on spotify via my computer .

Just buy it Mac the Cd is one penny on amazon plus postage at the moment and she is very good and the Cd is very well recorded :)

The Beatles - Love me Do

The harmonica at the beginning of this song has just terrified my kitten. She doesn't usually mind music or TV noise but that harmonica is so scary. :shhh:

Playing a bit of mellow Vivaldi to calm her down now. :)

Just discovered Beth Hart while flicking through youtube videos and I have goosebumps, what a voice she has and sings with so much emotion. Can't believe I have only just discovered her but seriously impressed.

I was listening to 6 Music today, and this blew me away. I'd heard it before, as it was used on an advert a few years ago, but I'd never heard it all the way through.

You'll either love or hate it, but you can't deny it's quite moving.
