We're working on a number of design tweaks (ie font size, spacing etc) on other parts of the site as well, but we focused on Forums first as that was where we got – ahem – the most vocal feedback! The rest may take a little longer as we need to make sure we're consistent across all browsers, screen types, devices and so on.

1) Change post text font weight to 400.

2) Reduce line height between paragraphs.

3) Reduce font in blue buttons.

4) Reduce corner radius in blue buttons. Same as the search input field would do.

Keep it up boys. *clapping*

Agree. While the font size is better, it is so thin that I'm straining to read. And yea, still too much space between paragraphs.

The website works much better on a iPad 2 than it does on a iPad 4!

I have found a reason for you having the above detailed banner. Although different wording for different task. *clapping*

It came up and was useful when I made changes to my profile, inputting my signature. But it's still pointless at the top of Forum pages.

Looking better than it was, nice tweeks.

Still quite slow (when compared to other sites), it takes a good 10 seconds to get results when you click on "active topics".

Still impressed with the changes overall.

Hi,

I have sent a couple of Emails about my situation, but no resolution yet.

I am a regular contributor on the "What are you listening to" forum, but no longer able to post Spotify links for some reason.

Apparently, there is a way, but it involves word varification and some other faff and as I'm visually impaired, it's impossible for me to go through that procedure.

Please, if there's any answers to this problem, please reply, otherwise sadly, I'll just have to stop using the forum.

I think the main font size is just right but as previously commented could do with being a little 'thicker' as I find it tricky (with an astigmatism) to read (it looks like dark grey on pale grey to me).

The reduced font has allowed more 'useful' info to appear on the screen which is great as less scrolling is required but the blue navigation buttons still seem overly large on a 5" phone and PC.

Getting much better though - thanks.

Home------> Forums------>About the site--------> Welcome to the new whathifi.com! I know you have your hands full but when it quietens down. Could we please have an extra header choice after Home----->Forums-----> of Active Topics or whatever has got one through to the specific thread, ie, as above Welcome to the new etc.? It would make it that much easier to navigate back to the other [in this case] Active conversations. Thanks, if it is possible to do

The difference between 'new & updated' and 'active' is .....??????

Yes it's a question put a number of times. I think without answer. Perhaps posting a new whatever or updating a thread doesn't make it Áctive' but I don't know why, sensibly, that it doesn't.
