Was this a good deal?

Okay I just purchased off Crampton & Moore a Panasonic 37 PX80 ex display and Panasonic DMPBD30 Blu Ray for 475.00 including delivery.

However I am a bit concerned that I was able to buy it so cheaply, any thoughts guys?

No need to be concerned both items are last years models, crompton & moore probably needed to shift some old stock.

Oh don't get me wrong I have a 12 month warranty with them but was just perhaps thinking people didn't bid more because they were concerned about the contrast and brightness etc being turned up extremely high on the tv?

I presume you have seen the tv, if it hasn't got screen burn i wouldn't worry.

I haven't seen the screen. it was bought off ebay, although if it has any screen burn, they will be having it straight back.

The tv should be in exactly the same condition as it was described on e-bay. So if theres no mention of screen burn on the e-bay add you should be ok.

You should be fine buying from a reputable dealer though, and like you say it has 12months warranty.
