Using sub with Bi amp set up

Is it possible to connect a rel sub using a Neutrik Speakon high level connection while my integrated and power are in bi amp configuration. Basically do I connect the cable to the amp controlling LF of HF or does it not matter which?

Yes, no problem at all. Doesn't really matter which amp you connect the cable to the sub to - logic would suggest the one running the LF, but it makes no odds.
