Upscaling freeview box?

I have a Telewest TVDrive box that generally, I'm very pleased with. Its functionality of being able to record two programmes whilst watching a third is very useful. It also upscales images through its HDMI output to 720p and I'm very impressed with the picture quality. However, I'm wanting to cut down on my monthly expenditure and was wondering if there is something equivalent on the market. That is, is there a freeview box with twin tuners that has an upscaled HDMI output?

Twin tuners - yes. Upscaling - I don't think so, not yet.

I am sure that I saw a Grundig freeview box that upscaled to 1080i via HDMI, I think it was in Bennets store the other week. Grundig may do a recorder version!

I saw one in ToysRus but can't remember the make. I think it was dirt cheap which made me a bit suspicious about it doilng what it says on the tin.
